In this session, Greg will introduce the Performance Pyramid, a model for staff to discover why student success in the classroom is based on much more than direct teacher-student interaction. He will dive into how to create opportunities for students to be resources for one another. Participants will leave with dozens of easy to implement, practical strategies and activities to implement the next day in the classroom.
